City of EdagaArbi is located at the central zone of Tigrai at , and is the largest city in Endabatsahima district. The City is also the regional center and county seat for Endabatsahima, the second largest county in the central zone (by area).
The City of Edagaarbi is comprised of just over 24 square killometers nestled at the base of the Awunetshima. It is surrounded by one of the largest mountains forests on Earth. At nearly 3,000 feet, City of Edagaarbi is also one of the highest elevation cities in Tigray.

Edaga Arbi is a town in the Tigray Region of Ethiopia, 42 km south east of Adwa. It is the administrative and economic center of the Werie Lehe woreda. Edega Arbi is mainly known for its monastery. Surrounded by Rivers(), MountainS() Historic sites()

Tourism also a large employer as the City sees over 10,000 visitors per year.
