Phase 2:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Adishmbello to Seria (11.5 km). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Phase 3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Tsaee and Hagereselam (45 km &amp; 11 km). Cost:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> ===== <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The total budget for the 1st and 2nd phases is 50 million birr .
